缅甸咖哩鸡做法与材料都很简单, 容易煮也很好吃, 黄色洋葱是添加它的甜度, 红色洋葱和姜花是增加它的香气。

原料:
鸡肉半只切块
咖哩粉25克
姜1小块
蒜1粒
黄色洋葱1粒
红色洋葱1粒
姜花1朵
咖哩叶20片
淡奶30毫升(Evaporated milk)
辣椒乾8只
油1勺
水1杯
盐1小勺
糖1小勺

做法:
1. 加入盐和咖哩粉醃鸡肉30分钟
2. 把姜, 蒜,洋葱和辣椒乾都搅拌均匀
3. 热锅爆香~ 姜末, 蒜末,洋葱末以及辣椒碎。
4. 加入咖哩叶和鸡肉翻炒均匀。
5. 放入姜花, 倒入水1杯,闭锅盖煮20分钟((翻炒避免烧焦),
6. 最后加入淡奶、糖和盐,即可上碟。
