竹蚶又被称为竹蛏子或竹蛤,外表为长形的蛤,长长的脚像初生的嫩竹一样,个体较肥大,足部肌肉特别发达肉质比起普通蛤蜊更肥更细緻!竹蚶含有蛋白质,脂肪,醣类,灰分以及钙,磷,铁,碘和维生素等多种营养成分,可说是一种味道鲜美又富含营养的海产珍品。

材枓:
竹蚶…………..半公斤
豆酱…………..1汤匙
薑丝…………..适量
蒜泥…………..适量
绍酒…………..1汤匙
生抽…………..半茶匙
做法:
1. 锅中加入适量油,烧热后放入蒜泥
2. 将薑丝和豆酱爆香,倒入竹蚶,中火翻炒
3. 倒入生抽和绍酒炒匀即可起锅。
