材料:
五花肉………………………………………………….150克
蒜头 ………………………………………………….(切碎)60克(很喜欢吃,放了很多)
调味料:
料酒 ………………………………………………….1汤匙
生抽 ………………………………………………….1汤匙
黑酱油………………………………………………….2茶匙
白糖 ………………………………………………….1茶匙
做法:
1.五花肉洗淨,冷水下锅,煮约20分钟。用筷子插试,如无血水渗出即可捞出,切成薄片。
2.热镬下油,爆香蒜蓉,加入肉片爆炒至肥肉部分收缩。
3.加入生抽及料酒略炒。
4.加入糖及黑酱油拌炒即可。
